The feedback was mostly about The Atrium's in house catering company, Great Blue Heron. We paired it with a steak - it was no more expensive to dual-plate than to make people choose and then have to keep track of who ordered what. They provide some lighting (backdrop to the DJ and lights in the trees). The venue has it's own in-house caterer, and charges a fee if you want to bring in your own caterer. They book early- so go visit and reserve your date ASAP. I highly recommend this venue! We were able to make arrangements that fit our requirements! The venue is beautiful! We absolutely loved our wedding at The Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. I cannot rave enough about this venue. As people moved across the little stream to bar area for cocktail hour they move it all into place in about 12 minutes. We did not have any issues on the day of the wedding. nature drink was really well-made and a big hit. They were easy to work with and despite the wedding being just at the end of busy season for weddings, the staff were so helpful and kind. a wonderful wedding. I went a day before to verify it was all good and find a beautiful spot to have our ceremony which there werent many beautiful spots and no colorful flowers. The Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens offers a helpful range of wedding services designed to make your day run smoothly. With three walls of glass, events can be hosted at The Atrium any time of year while still getting the ambiance of being outdoors. (And any outdoor caterers do not have access to the kitchen, so you're essentially locked in to using the in-house catererhowever the food was great!). Its cathedral-style ceiling and exposed brick walls provide a quaint, romantic setting for your ceremony.
